Design/Application Engineer

Successful candidates should have 5+ experiences in product manufacturing, process, new product introduction in at least one of the following areas: electronic products, soft goods, molding product, packaging, casting and metal formation.

  • Organize and communicate with clients and work with oversea team to develop design and manufacturing solutions
  • Meet with customers and pass down detailed client requirement to other team
  • Good people skill and communication skill
  • Provide design ideas, engineering support and concepts to clients
  • Work and engage with clients on new product introduction (NPI)
  • Organize and communicate with clients and work with team to develop design and manufacturing solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree in mechanical, or electronics engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in design and manufacturing engineering
  • Good people skill and superior communication skills and the ability to effectively work with people at all levels of an organization
  • Good summarization and memo writing skill
  • Proficiency in Pro-E, Solid works and other engineering software
  • Ability to coordinate, organize, and expedite programs as needed
  • Candidates will work in a multi-culture environment between US and China.

Project Manager/Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of client projects, work alongside with the sales team and overseas project teams and act as sales support to existing and prospective customers.
Successful candidates should have project management experiences in design and manufacturing solutions business. Organize and mange projects on design and manufacturing solutions between US and China in at least one of the following areas: electronic products, casting, tooling, molding, soft goods, metal formation, printing and packaging, prototype, and manufacturing of variety of products.

  • Work with sales, marketing, and other specialty teams to organize manufacturing solutions
  • Present solution and price quotes to clients
  • Communicate with clients on design and manufacturing technical and business solutions
  • Participate clients and prospect visits, working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how Company’s solutions can provide value to them.
  • Plan and manage customer projects
  • Manage clients relationships
  • Summarize and pass down clients’ requirements to oversea project teams

Qualifications:

  • Project management experience in design and contract manufacturing business
  • Bachelors’ degree in business, art, engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in marketing and client relationship
  • Good people skill and superior communication skills and the ability to effectively work with people at all levels of an organization, ideally in a customer capacity
  • Multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products, i.e. Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate, organize, and expedite programs as needed
  • Candidates will work in a multi-culture environment between US and China.
